Welcome to the web site of the
Friends of Coast Community
Library (FOCCL).
In 1989 FOCCL  began as
a small library in the back room of
a church in Point Arena.  In 2004,
it moved into its current building
which it purchased and renovated
with local funds and labor.
For a more detailed history
see the
Join Us page.
Coast Community Library is now a
branch of the Mendocino County
Library system and is supported by
FOCCL funds and volunteers as
well as by the County.

The Friends of Coast Community Library would like to thank
The Community Foundation of Mendocino County
for awarding us a grant to purchase
the
AWE Early Literacy Station
that is now in our children's room and
is already being put to much use. Its great resolution, big screen,
interesting programs, colorful keyboard and touchscreen are all
draws for kids. Come check it out if you haven't already!
